Orders are usually prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey within 1 business day (excluding holidays and weekends).

Delivery time varies depending on the selected service and destination. Delivery time for regular mail varies between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the delivery address.

International shipments are shipped to most destinations via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We do this to provide the best shipping experience possible.

Orders usually take 3-10 Business days to arrive at international destinations, but carriers may sometimes experience unexpected delays, which may take up to weeks for some destinations. Orders may take up to +1 day to process, especially if you are located in a different time zone than the warehouse we ship to.
